Booking date changes and cancellations

 

  1. The reservation date can be changed no later than 48 hours before the departure of the flight (either the departure or return segment). The change is made according to the difference of the price at which the reservation was made in advance - the specific segment which is required to be changed and the price on the date when the change is requested to be made (if there is a difference it is automatically calculated by the system, or if not) with additional payment)
 
 
The change of passenger name can be done no later than 1 hour before the departure time of the flight (this only applies to one-way tickets, while on return tickets the name or surname can be changed only before the use of the first segment - departure or not in the segment Any change of name or surname can be made by paying the difference between the price at which it is reserved and the current price (if there is such a difference). . (The only case when the payment of the price difference is excluded in case of change of name or surname is when the improvement of at most 3 letters is done)
 
 
In case the reservation ticket is returnable and the departure segment is used then the return segment is not refunded, but the return ticket segment allows the passenger to use it for a period of up to 6 months. Of course only the same passenger can take advantage of the return. This is possible if the passenger notifies no later than 48 hours before the departure of the flight, ie the return segment. The reservation (return segment) as any date change in this case is made with additional payment if there is a difference from the price of that segment on the date when it was reserved with the price of the date when the passenger decides to travel.
 
 
In case the passenger is absent or does not use the departure segment (at the return ticket) the return segment is refunded, but this is possible only if the second or return segment is at least 48h after the departure and is notified in time as a case to be able to proceed with the return refund.
 
 
Reservation cancellations
 
Cancellation of the reservation (without any delay or compensation) can be made no later than 72 hours before the departure time of the respective flight (except as in the following additional epic), but this only applies to reservations which have not stayed longer than 10 days in the system, Here the following compensation rates are applied:
 
From 72 to 48 hours before the flight: 50.00 EUR / 50 SFR for each passenger from the departure segment
 
 
From 48 to 24 hours before the flight: 100.00 EUR / 100 SFr for each passenger from the departure segment
 
 
Less than 24 hours before the flight: 100% of the departure segment price
 
 
Extra points for cancellations
For reservations which have stayed for a longer time in the system, specifically a minimum of 10 working days (here only Sunday is not counted as working days) or more days, then the following prohibition or compensation rates are applied:
 
 
 
More than 72 hours before the flight: 50.00 EUR / 50 SFR for each passenger from the departure segment
 
 
From 72 to 48 hours before the flight: 100 EUR / 100 SFR for each passenger from the departure segment
 
 
From 48 to 24 hours before the flight: 200 EUR / 200SFr for each passenger from the departure segment
 
 
Less than 24 hours before the flight: 100% of the departure price of the departure segment ticket
 
 
Any reservation can be canceled within 2 hours if the flight is not closer than 24 hours, otherwise no later than 1 hour after booking in case the flight is not closer than 12 hours.
 
 
 
In case there is INAD (a passenger who is not allowed to enter the country - his destination) for whatever reason which is returned by the border police of that country, the responsibility and the damage resulting from "INAD" takes over and bears The agency that made the reservation, excludes the case when the ticket is made from the beginning of the return.
