Unaccompanied minors

Unaccompanied minors (UM) are children aged 5-14 years.

Our company has a duty to take care of minors unaccompanied on our flights.

Unaccompanied children must be at least 5 years old.
Unaccompanied children between 5 and 14 years old will be taken care of by the companies (stewardesses) that carry out the transport.
For the care of children traveling unaccompanied, the operating airline charges an additional one-way service fee (contact the company for fees).
Payment for this service is made on the day of the flight at the Check-in counter.
An unaccompanied minor form must be completed and signed by the adult accompanying the child to the check-in counter, as well as by the adult meeting the child upon arrival at the destination. A separate form is required for each child, even if they are from the same family. All parts of this form must be completed in full.

Children traveling unaccompanied by parents

Unaccompanied children are allowed to travel with a person who is authorized by the parents with a notary certification.
Completed and certified documents must be submitted to the Check-in counter on the day of departure.
